Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused,
• in their original condition,
• and returned in their original packaging where possible.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@paperbybo.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• sale items,
• gift cards,
• personalized or custom-made products

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without justification.

Items should be returned in reasonable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Refunds will only be issued after returned items have been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
